The home was designed to maximize space and light. The home includes bespoke cabinetry throughout the bathrooms as well as in the magnificent kitchen.
Construction of this home was relatively simple as the clients had already purchased a flat block of land. After introducing the client to one of our architects to design and draw up the plans, our job was to bring this vision to life, by building an attractive, contemporary home that met the client’ needs.
The HIA Judges commented on the home at the awards:
“The contemporary look and feel of this home will appeal to all and the simple layout makes the space functional. There is a good relationship between indoor and outdoor living areas that flow seamlessly into one another. The home was filled with natural light and consequently no artificial light needed throughout the day, giving this project the winning edge. Crisp, clean and neat detailing, including shadow line cornices and mirrored kitchen splash back were used to good effect. Overall this home offers incredible value for money and presents beautifully for the price”.
