This classic French Provincial style home was a finalist in the recent Housing Institute of Australia awards.
The spacious interiors reflect the French Provincial theme, with rich ebony timber flooring leading to a magnificent sweeping staircase. All cabinetry in bathrooms and the kitchen were custom designed and built. The home also includes an attractive alfresco area with a bespoke sandstone fireplace overlooking the pool and spa area.

As our clients had no previous experience in building a home, Xenith Constructions guided them through the process. We matched them to one of our architects that we knew would be able to transform their ideas into a practical design, which, when built, would meet their requirements. Part of the brief was to also include a large swimming pool and spa, to complement the alfresco area.
